TWIS / DWZI #22

This week I saw...
The rainbow crochet swap or
Regenboog haak swap...

The African flowers blanket I made for Ebi
from Ebi's colorful word.
I made it with love and had so much fun crochet it
and it turned out so well done that I wanted to keep it myself...
Just kidding... but I hope that she likes it too.

The bag in the middle I got from Esther
from Esthers101. Thank you so much Esther
for this lovely bag, I will wear / use it with love!

TWIS / DWZI #21

Parents day.
At the day care center for our oldest son.
Our oldest son is now in the observation group to determine if he has a form of autism. And the youngest enjoying himself with all the toys they have there. :)

All the hexagons for the swap are finished.
Now I need to crochet them together
to make something nice from it.

I am knitting a scarf and our oldest son is helping me from the same yarn with a crochet hook...

Puppy training #1

Colin is a lovely male of 4 months old,
his father is a Border Collie,
and mother a gorgeous Sheltie.
This Saturday we had the first puppy training
with our doggy Colin.
It's so nice to see how he interacts with other puppy's,
so jolly playful together.
And we learned how to keep his attention,
sit, and very important not pulling the walking line.
Starting a assignment and ending it,
and helping your dog doing that properly.
It was so nice to see it all come together,
and all due positive training and rewarding good behavior.
All animal owners know that of course,
but it's so good to see how the new pack of puppy's
know that, and the "new" owners too, including us!
This was the first training of a 12 week course,
so I'll keep you updated about our progress.
Have a good weekend!

What´s on the needles #2

Last week I finished off the baby blanket
for my niece. With a little size adjustment,
it is ready to wrap it and give it to her.
The pattern I used is from Charami NL
It's a Dutch translation from Attic 24.

And now I'm working on a secret project.
I participate in a swap with a bunch of Twitter people.
The assignment is to make a swap with rainbow colours.
And use your imagination...
So I can't reveal to much,
in case my swap partner reads this blog ;)
But I love to colours I use at the moment
so here are some nice pictures.

More pictures later on when the project is finished.

Have a lovely day!

TWIS / DWZI #19

This week I saw a present that I won
on Deer Little Fawn blog :)
Thank you so much Beth, I love it deer!
And so lovely wrapped it was a delight to unwrap it :)
This week I also was that our lovely doggy Colin
was bigger, he is now 9 kilo's already.
I'm just wondering how big he will be when
he is an adult doggy or dog should I say.

And last but not least...
My new niece Thirsa!
I already saw her but I forgot to take pictures.
My little sister did take some of us together,
so they will be posted later on.
And her new baby blanket is almost done.
